Re: 2factor Authentication
Hi Lori, Wayne another device is trying to sign into your iCloud, it will send a verification code to Eva that phone number or send you a push notification. Once you receive the push notification on the new device that you're trying to sign in on, it will ask you for that code. After you put in the code, then your new device will work as expected. > On Dec 28, 2021, at 11:14 PM, Lorie McCloud wrote: > > another question, I seem to have set up 2factor authentication accidentally. > this doesn't surprise me as I know this is what Apple wants. it used my cell > phone number which is ok. how does this work if I need to use it? > > thanks. > Lorie > > -- > The following information is important for all members of the Mac Visionaries > list. > > If you have any questions or concerns about the running of this list, or if > you feel that a member's post is inappropriate, please contact the owners or > moderators directly rather than posting on the list itself. > > Your Mac Visionaries list moderator is Mark Taylor. Re: Getting rid off OneDrive window Mac OS
I don’t see how having the OneDrive icon in the dock would prevent you from closing the OneDrive folder window. I set my own OneDrive preferences to keep the OneDrive icon in the dock, and had no problem closing the OneDrive folder window just like any other Finder window. Re: Getting rid off OneDrive window Mac OS
I do not understand the issue. I never have a OneDrive window that is always open on my Mac. Perhaps you should take a look at your settings for the OneDrive app, and see if there's something in there. - Brad - On Dec 28, 2021, at 09:36, Ronald van Rhijn wrote: Hi, Does anyone know how to disable the OneDrive window when OneDrive is running?
