I know Quicktime has some screen recording options.

Hi!
You could first export your settings in Vo in the Vo Utilities.
Then rest all settings in VOiceOver utility and import the settings you’ve 
exported and see if that helps.
I don’t have the issue but I think it could be a solution.
Please ask if you need help with Vo Utilities?

VO Changes Pitch During Say All

Okay, here’s something that is now happening with Ventura and did not with 
Monterey…

If I arrow through a list, or read in a say all mode, I notice that the VO 
pitch slowly increases more and more during each line or item, until a maximum 
is reached, and then resets back to the normal pitch. Then it again begins to 
increase in pitch if the action continues.

I don’t like this. 

How do I turn off this behavior?

I’m using Tom Compact.
