Will an ad blocker do this?

Hi all, I am frustrated when reading a website and VoiceOver continuously 
counts down a video ad. Will an ad blocker prevent this from happening?

Hi all, How do I get into the app’s description? It seems like my only option 
is to get it or purchase it. I’ve tried interacting deeper and deeper, but this 
doesn’t open up the description, reviews, etc.
