The voice you are hearing can be eliminated by going to System Settings > 
Accessibility > Spoken Content, navigating to the Speaking Volume slider, and 
reducing the volume to Zero.

IF a button is greyed out, it usually means there is a field or a checkbox that 
you have not yet completed. Go back through all the form items and make sure 
each has been filled in or checked.

Can’t downgrade iCloud storage

I’m trying to downgrade my iCloud storage from the 50 GB back to the free 5 GB. 
I’ve deleted all the data in excess of the five gig limit and I can select the 
5 GB plan in iOS settings under manage iCloud storage, but I can’t complete the 
action because the done button is grayed out. It will let me upgrade Not
