I am guessing arrow keys can select the cd drive?

Yes it’s doable; I’ve done it before. You have to select the notifications 
option where you can select what type of notifications you want to receive from 
that channel, and there’s an unfollow option (can’t remember the exact text, 
sorry).

   I did not think that would work so did the export/import options. 
Now I want to put those contacts into groups. Drag and drop? Will have 
to refresh my memory on doing that. Or is there another way to do that?

In the contacts scroll area, copy the contact with Command C. Then go to the 
Contacts addressbook scroll area and select the one you want. Then go back to 
the contacts list in that address book and paste. I think Command X will work 
to cut.
