It wouldn't hurt to contact whoever is in charge of distributing the eReader and troubleshooting problems. My state has the Zoomax also, but I've heard things about it that make me hesitant to request one. I get this when I try to install windows 11. Check your Startup Disk in the virtual machine settings. If you have not installed an operating system yet, you can choose an installation disc or disc image in the CD/DVD settings and restart the virtual machine. I’m on an Intel mac.
