Yeah as petrus said there is no apple store in NZ,

We have a number of retail chains that sell apple products but accessibility  
is not something they know of or probably how to spell.

I’ve tried teaching some retail staff how to use voiceover  but that went in 
one ear and out the other.

Closest apple store would be Sydney Australia  or possibly brisbaine
