Also, I'm fairly sure thatit will be the big companies that apple are talking to like the bpi that will be dragging there feet. Then again, if people at the BPI think its illegal to rip your own cd's for personal use, I don't think Apple will get anyware quickly. Though it doesn't bother me really as i'll not be using iCloud, I find it pretty stupid how companies (especially big companies) release products and then start signing the appropriate deals with companies.
