In most cases, the formulas are the same as Excel. Numbers has a spreadsheet 
template for envoices. This is what I use.

Hi all,
I have a question regarding numbers, creating invoices for clients and using 
formulas.
I have a client who recently got a Mac and has to do invoices for work. How can 
we use numbers and formulas to do total sum, addition and subtraction?
