unemployed
Although due to my own actions

I believe it’s around 55K

Oh wow, sounds a lot. I paid 2700 € in Germany. That’s like 4600 NZ $. Of
course you must compair to what people earn. What’s the everage income in NZ?
But anyway it’s a lot of money. But it’s such a great device it’s worth it if
it’ll work for 7 or 10 years. And I’m sure it will.

The early reviews I've read of the new MacBook Pro are positive.

My 2013 MacBook Pro is still working very well, with good performance. At some
point, however, I'll need to upgrade... but certainly not this year unless the
hardware fails. So I plan to keep reading reviews as new devices are released.

2019-11-24 Thread Robert Carter
Hi,

I just unboxed my new MacBook Pro 16 inch this morning. I am loving it.

You all are right that they are expensive but the basic version sells for
exactly the same price that the no longer available 15 inch MacBook Pro sold
for. You are getting better specs including a much better keyboard with no
price increase. Still, the price of the base model is $2399.

start out with. The price on the other hand not so nice. Oh well maybe
one day.

2019-11-21 Thread Jürgen Fleger
Hello,

just got my new MacBook Pro 16 inch today. The sound is simply great. The new
old keyboard is way more comfortable to use than a butterfly keyboard. It’s
cool to got a real Escape key and the arrow keys are easier to use as well. And
to have more room for my palms right and left of the Trackpad makes it easier
to keep hands steady while typing.

All the best
