Please give a few more details as it appears nobody knew exactly how to answer.
Is there a specific Application/document type? There is a VO Page movement key,
though at least in some cases it just dings. Do you know how to produce a page
/ page down keystroke on your laptop? Are you on a MAC or IOS device. Also
possible to use three finger swipe actions, but again, on Macintosh you might
need to disable some swiper gestures in system preferences and enable the
keyboard rotor.
