Hi, Are you using colom view by chance? If so, that may be the reason. What you could do is setup an activity with verbosity level set to the lowest setting and this should saulve your problem. The other thing you could is seþ the view to standdered view. HTH. You might have, use column layout, checked in the View menu of Mail. At least, it sounds like this is what is happening. Take Care John D.
