Hi,

I've not had problems with this.  Normally, like Nancy, I navigate to the 
bottom of the message to find the attachment.  From there, I just VO-space on 
the text of the attachment and the menu comes up whereby I could open, save etc.

First I navigate to the bottom of the email and find the attachment. It will 
read the name of the file. Then I interact with it. Then I use vo shift m and a 
menu comes up. Are usually go to open in, and arrow down through the choice of 
programs which will open the attachment.

Hi Nickus,

I too have been experiencing problems trying to open an attachment in an email 
message.  I've given up on this and I save the attachments first to downloads 
and then open them from there.  I guess you know how to save attachments.  It's 
done through the file menu and you can choose in the dialog window where you 
want to save them.
