Re: Amazon cloud player seems to be useless on the mac now.

2013-12-23 Thread Teresa Cochran
I was just going to post about this myself. I am wondering if only the
login screen isn't accessible and maybe the rest of it is? I may enlist my
hubby to help me sign in and find out. The web version is still available,
but I realize that doesn't help you with your CD burning issue.

this issue?

So far I can't get any part of it to work; it just says amazon cloud player
window,.when I press VO+right or left arrow and it says nothing else other
than the usual options to change the screen size.

The entire Amazon cloud player is not accessible. I got sided help to get the
login screen done. But once that's done, I still can't see anything on my Mac
running Mountain lion. Very disgusting.

Re: Amazon cloud player seems to be useless on the mac now.

2013-12-23 Thread Jessica Moss
I know, I find a lot of stuff inaccessible with my mac, when just browsing
their site in general.
The cursor jumps around a lot when I try to browse the page, so when I'm
trying to navigate the page, next thing I know it refreshes every few seconds
so 9 times out of 10, I can't view what I'm looking for correctly unless I
vo+right arrow really quickly and hope for the best.
I've also found that voiceover doesn't read the review sections anymore, just
such and such, out of such and such, made a similar statement, which is
obviously useless.
However, I can use the amazon app on my phone, and once again, it works
almost flawlessly, I just don't see the option to use my 1-click checkout
option, which is supposed to be there to my understanding, sense I have a prime
acount.
