Re: How can i get the latest version of VLC to play entire folders please?

2009-09-23 Thread Ryan Mann

Hello. Try opening the terminal and doing cd folder_name. Then do ls
whatever.m3u. Before I started using Itunes to play my music I
could have swarn I did that to make a play list of a folder for VLC.

 Hi everyone,

In prior versions of VLC Media Player, I could play entire folders of
audio. Now in 1.0.1 I cannot seem to do this. Has anyone else noticed
this please? I press the Play button and Browse for the folder I want
and then hit Ok. But it tells me that VLC cannot open my selected
files. Has anyone found a work around to this or should i go and
 download an older version?

Thank you for taking the time to read this.

 Take care
