I’m also having the problem with VoiceOver focus in tge mail app on my iPhone 
SE running iOS 14, where deleting an email from the list of unread emails 
causes focus to leap randomly to focus on an email much higher up the list

You’ve never had a bug in  android? That’s really hard to believe, since it’s 
an operating system, and I happen to see from time to time bugs reported in the 
main stream press, just like they are with Apple. So I find it hard to believe 
that you’ve never seen a bug in android or Samsung for that matter. Those get 
reported to. Remember the exploding phones? Oh that was hardware. Still, bugs 
exist
