Actually no, it wasn't accessible when the first few betas of Big Sur were 
released. Every time you pressed Command+F5 to turn Voiceover on, the screen 
would go blank. But glad it's fixed. Now the contextual menu VO Shortcut needs 
to be fixed.

Glad that is fixed, when I installed big sur on my macs, I had to boot from a 
catalina recovery to erase my hard drive first, I'm surprised a bug that major 
made it in to production.

fantastic. I reported that to Apple, they were able to duplicate it.

Glad it finally got fixed. Can’t wait to comes out in the  next update.
