Make sure you are booting into the right partition. Your message is unclear. What do you mean you’re unable to WIT command Our. What is WIT supposed to mean?. in order to get into recovery mode, you turn off your Mac. Then, you power on the Mac and immediately hold down the command and our keys for a while, a good while, and then release. You will have to wait a while for recovery mode to come up and then you’ll have to turn on voiceover manually with command F5.
