The Apple AirPods Pro have soft tips in different sizes.
They are expensive, but you get what you pay for, and they are excellent 
quality.

My wife has some less expensive bluetooth earbuds, that cost a lot less, and 
certainly will make you appreciate any of the AirPods from Apple.
