I'm not sure about this particular issue as I've never tried returning audible 
books, but for some links on the new audible site I've noticed that VO-SPACE 
doesn't work, but just hitting space bar works. Hopefully that might help.

I normally write an e-mail to Customer Services at Audible as it's simple to 
do, phone number, address and reason why you want to return the book.

It did work using internet safari and audible.com and VO mid summer sometime 
but can't remember now if I got an email or saw a message or a returned credit.

think returned credit in one case and refund in another but can't remember now.

I have only returned 2 though and enjoy all the others.

Hi,

My understanding is, your only allowed a certain amount of returns via the site 
in a given amount of time.  For arguments sake, lets say 2 books every 6 
months.  After that, any requests to return a book must be made through 
customer service.

I haven't done it on the mac but I've done it 2 or 3 times on my iPhone running 
iOS6. 

It was a tad fiddely but certainly is possible.
