Or, you could just press CMD + Triple pressing the Power/TouchID button, to 
directly turn on VoiceOver, and skip the Accessibility dialogue.

And to add, if you hold command and triple tap the power button in top right 
hand, this will toggle VoiceOver so you don’t have to use the accessibility 
dialog.
