Re: torrents and the mac
Hi, I have no big problem with torrentz.com but bit che on the mac would be great, native cocoa! It isnt actively developed anymore and the developers are not interested in porting so torrentz.com it is. Re: torrents and the mac
Transmission and bitrocket were both OK, but UTorrent is so amazing I'm not sure why you'd want anything else. I only kept the other two around as long as I did because it took a while for them to build in the torrent creator. There was nothing wrong with either of them really but they just weren't utorrent for me. Best, Erik Burggraaf This month in Ebony Promos: Two new gps systems for demo. I've found that some of the options in the mac version of torrent aren't there as they are on the windows client…not sure why On Sep 10, 2011, at 4:50 PM, erik burggraaf wrote: Transmission and bitrocket were both OK, but UTorrent is so amazing I'm not sure why you'd want anything else. Re: torrents and the mac
Hum, well possibly because the mac client started development at least 5 years after the windows one, probably more. Realistically it may never be all that the windows one is, but for day to day use, all of the main features work great. Best, Erik Burggraaf This month in Ebony Promos: Two new gps systems for demo. Re: torrents
I downloaded utorrent since that's the one I was familiar with through windows, but I of course don't know how it works with the mac. It doesn't seem to be doing anything and I have no clue where it puts the files when it's done since I didn't see options for that.
