Trillion question.

2021-02-23 Thread Jessica Moss
Ok, trying this again. I’m trying to reconfigure trillion, along with
everything else after having to do a reinstall of Big Sur on my Mac, only for
trillion to show my Facebook status as off line, and the extras menu to do
nothing when clicked in order to change this.
I hear Voiceover announce that I’m now on a table, and how to interact with
it, but focus is obviously stuck somewhere, because when trying to navigate
with the keyboard, nothing is read to me, VO+spacebar does nothing, aside from
saying “menu extras” repeatedly, so I’m at a loss as to what to do in order to
activate it. Does anyone know of a workaround to change the status here?
I know my account is connected, because I can expand my contacts menu and
find them all in this huge list, but don’t know there status yet, and can’t
open a chat window at this point.

I can locate it once I click the link, but nothing shows up in my downloads
folder, and if I play around with it enough, it will attempt to download a file
called public archive which just sits and never actually downloads.

That would be appreciated; I’m not sure if mine auto-updated, or what happened,
considering the fact that I had no idea a new version was out and wasn’t
alerted.

Re: Trillion question.

2019-12-29 Thread 'Shawn Krasniuk' via MacVisionaries
Yeah I heard about this issue. A friend of mine updated to the latest version
of Trillian and he can't interact with the list of contacts properly. That's
why I haven't updated. I'm still on version 6.1.1 (7). My suggestion is if you
have an older version somewhere, I would downgrade the app to that version and
not update it. If not, I can send you mine. And yes, the version I'm using
still works with Catalina.

Trillion question.

2019-12-28 Thread Jessica Moss
I just recently noticed with Trillion, that I can’t seem to be able to scroll
through a conversation anymore, and now have also found that my on line
contacts aren’t displaying anymore. So at this point, the only option I have,
is to collapse the whole row which hides all my contacts, or press space bar to
expand it, which shows every last one of my contacts, but no status info.
Has anyone had this issue, and if so, how have you been able to correct it?

Re: Trillion question.

2016-10-04 Thread Jeffrey Shockley
Hello,
Try quitting and restarting the program. That should hopefully fix it. If not,
you might have to go into Trillian’s Preferences and under Accounts I think it
is, and make sure all your accounts are connected.
I hope this helps,

What you have to do is go back in that menu you were just in and change it

does, and I haven’t found anywhere in settings to control this since it
will stay this way until you change your status back to “Online” no matter
how many times you close the program and open it.

Re: Trillion question.

2016-10-04 Thread Jessica Moss
Ok, like I said, I unfortunately can’t figure out how to do that. I press
VO+space on the “away,” message, press return on it, and it just sits.
Am I doing something wrong? I’ve tried the same under the actually status
menu, which voiceover says has 6 items, and it just takes me back to the
options that tell me “facebook,” search, etc.

Hello,
Sounds like it’s doing exactly what I thought it was. :)
What you have to do is go back in that menu you were just in and change it to
“Online.” I don’t know why it does change like that sometimes, it just does,
and I haven’t found anywhere in settings to control this since it will stay
this way until you change your status back to “Online” no matter how many times
you close the program and open it.
I hope this helps,

Ok, how do you do that? I’ve never had to do that before.

Re: Trillion question.

2016-10-01 Thread Jeffrey Shockley
Hello,
One thing to possibly check is to make sure your status is set to “Online” in
the Status menu, access where all the other status menus like the time and
Wi-Fi are. So, what you do is find the one for Trilian and VO Space on that
one, find Online, and VO Space on that. Then, if it doesn’t reconnect, quit and
restart the program.
I hope this helps,
Jeffrey

Trillion question.

2016-09-30 Thread Jessica Moss
I’ve just recently noticed after connecting to trillion, that it just says “off
line contacts,” and won’t show my on line contacts anymore, and I know I have
contacts on line, because I check my messenger app on my Iphone, and have
several on line there. Also, I just select one at random after doing a
right-arrow command, which pulls up everybody, which doesn’t tell me whether
they’re on or off line, IM someone, and get lucky when someone responds, so
obviously someone’s on line then, so I have no idea what’s going on now. I’m
not sure if it auto-updates, and if so, the latest update has accessibility
issues, or what the deal is, but this just seemed to suddenly happen out of the
blue. Has anyone else had this issue?
