Depending on how serious, I'm not sure you're going to find such a 
specialized plugin, at least not for cheap. I would check into something 
like the SRS Voice Changer

It also depends on how much security is required. If they need 
obfuscation then you doing a pitch drop can just as easily be undone by 
somebody else. I wouldn't rely on tools built just for fun if you're 
really in need of protecting somebody's identity. Might be best to just 
have them send text and record it being read by VoiceOver. Anything that 
is driven by the original audio can be unmasked.

I should have been more specific. The person is being interviewed live on the 
radio via Skype. It's important that we protect the person's identity for 
reasons of privacy and safety. the interview cannot be pre taped, as the

I know there is an iPhone app called Voice Changer that will do this, but I 
can't imagine any legitimate job position which would require this as an 
initial part of the interview process.  That sounds very fishy to me.  however, 
please check out that app, which is mentioned as a way to have fun with your 
friends, etc.
