Re: anyone using skype 5 beta with os10 having this issue

2010-12-15 Thread Mark BurningHawk Baxter
If you go to the source list and switch to another source, like Everyone, or
another contact (BurningHawk1969, for example) the HTML area will change.
Switching the source list selection back to the contact with whom you're having
the conversation *MUST* refresh the HTML area, then. Worth a try?

2010-12-15 Thread Sarah Alawami
Yeah Like I said I let skype know but this drives me absolutely nuts! I tried
to report the bug to skype but i don't think screen shots helped as they looked
find visually probably. Anyone wiht a bit of sight, can you reproduce this bug
with out voice over? or is a vo issue alone?

Hi Sarah, i'm experiencing this as well, and I find it happens after i've
cleared my recent conversations, and I get a chat after that. I've found that
going back and forth a bit between that conversation, and the next item
above or below that, and then stoping interaction with the sources list, can
get it to refresh. THis is a very annoying bug however. HOpe it'll be fixed
in another build, whenever another build will be released.

Maybe, but I usually close my conversation windows. I don't want to keep a
dummy window open just to work around this bug.

I will if I have to though.
