Also, be sure you are running the latest MacOS release, which at the 
moment is 14.3.1. Check Apple's hardware compatibility list of supported 
braille displays, and if your device is not included, contact Apple 
Accessibility.


My braille displays are fully supported, so I don't have these problems.

It wouldn't hurt to contact whoever is in charge of distributing the eReader 
and troubleshooting problems. My state has the Zoomax also, but I've heard 
things about it that make me hesitant to request one. Good luck.

it as another keyboard and several times my Mac complained that the disc hadn't
