Check Apple's hardware compatibility list of supported braille displays, and if your device is not included, contact Apple Accessibility. My braille displays are fully supported, so I don't have these problems. -- The following information is important for all members of the Mac Visionaries list. RE: attaching a Zoomax e-reader to a Mac as a braille display
It wouldn't hurt to contact whoever is in charge of distributing the eReader and troubleshooting problems. My state has the Zoomax also, but I've heard things about it that make me hesitant to request one. Good luck. - Original Message - From: Lorie McCloud Date: Saturday, February 10, 2024 09:01 PM To: via MacVisionaries Subject: attaching a Zoomax e-reader to a Mac as a braille display I've been trying to get my Zoomax and my Mac to see each other.
