If you were asking how to navigate with threats, that depends on whether
you have conversation with you on or off in your mail application.
If you have a conversation in a separate window, then by stop interacting
enough times (usually twice) you can move by message using VoiceOver
previous and next commands.

Hello,

I think I found a workaround. Once you paste the file, move to it with the VO 
cursor, it will say group or something close to that.

Use the contextual menu with VO-shift-M and select remove style.

In my test the file name was then read. I am not sure if that removed any 
styles from the rest of the e-mail, though if you are like me you don't use 
font changes or italics in your e-mail messages.

OK, so I just tried to attach files the way Jason suggested, using 
Command-Shift-A.  Same result.  Rather than showing the filenames, it just said 
Image.  Am I the only one having this problem?
