Hi.
I assume you have Lion, so the following steps should change the language:
1: Open the language and text settings in System preferences
2: Navigate to the language table and interact
3: Find the dutch language with your VO cursor and not just by pressing the
arrow keys
4: Press VO comma to start the drag and drop feature in VOiceover and wait a
few seconds until VOiceover says the process has finnished
5: Move the VO cursor up to the very top of the table and press VO period to
place the dutch language at the top of the table.
Now the dutch language should be at the top of the table.
Restart your computer and the whole system should be back to dutch again.
