You editing videos using iMovie ten on your Mac?  Tel me, does one move the 
insertion point using the j k and l keys?  What about utting text in to a 
particular area or making a video clip fade in at the beginning and out at the 
end ECT?  Thanks.

This was helpful, thanks. Are used to use iMovie version nine which was very 
accessible, or at least I understood it. But then iMovie 10 really screwed me 
up. This video makes it understandable again and I've just downloaded and 
installed iMovie 10 again. I had been using QuickTime to do videos and that's 
fairly straightforward but also quite basic.

Actually, I use Screenflow to do that now.  Cost me $99.99 though and I assume 
you don’t feel like paying that much.  For my part, I’d like the answer to this 
question myself as I think it would be good to know how to do this with the 
latest version of iMovie just in case.

Did you try MPG stream clip from Squared5? It might be helpful for your needs, 
and it is very easy to use with Vo. Simple and fast.
