i guess it depends on what you use it for, if i am doing something
musical related i go live on  facebook, it works, so have not tried
anything else, when we offload in the LC, we mount the cam on the
iPhone in the front window of the car

It is somewhat but honestly what I do is just use the camera and read the files 
off with my laptop and then work with them.  The GoPro software is useful but 
is more for sited folks watching on the phone what the camera misdoing or 
moving files etc.  With the card and a reader at least I’m able to do what I 
need.
