Hi Press, VO shift K to activate keyboard commander.
VO is either control plus option or caps lock.
Then, press right option and S to activate safari.

Hi,
The setting mention is in voiceover utility preferences, it's called keyboard 
commander. Once you activate keyboard commander, the option plus S will start 
Safari.

How do you activate the hotkey (command so) to start safari?
I think it's a setting in system preference but not sure which one.
