Re: verizon wireless sucks!

2016-09-17 Thread Scott Granados
The Verizon phone is different from the t-mobile phone again. The 6 and 6s
where the same on all networks and used the same single cell modem. The 7/7+
uses either Intel modems or qualcomm modems. The Intel version is GSM only, no
CDMA, the Verizon and Sprint models still have a Qualcomm chip in them and
support CDMA. Apple will be releasing a fully unlocked version in a few weeks
with a Qualcomm modem so it supports all the networks. A T-Mobile phone will
work on Verizon but if you leave a 4G service area you won’t be able to drop to
3G or 1X. The intel modems will support CDMA probably by the end of next year
as they bought a company with licenses in CDMA technology and will be able to
add that to their chips. I my self am using the intel version and so far very
very good.

verizon wireless sucks!

2016-09-17 Thread Kliphton Miller
So, best buy, sams club, and even target had verizon iPhone 7
s still available today. But they wouldn’t let me just buy it, said I had to
be a customer. I guess T-mobile stopped partnering with the 3 companies
mentioned above, cause non of them offered t mobile service. Sucks too, cause
I had the cash to drop on there counter and they wouldn’t take it. Guess I
gotta roll the dice with the apple store.
