Hi Donna, I am also with Verizon and was having the same issue a couple of days ago. Since then I've installed the 12.2 update and also performed a power volume down reset on my iPhone 7 and now I'm able to replay new voicemails as well as replay old ones. I would suggest making sure you've installed the latest update and perform whatever the equivalent reset is on your phone and see if that resolves the issue. Hi all, I was just trying to listen to an old voicemail, and I could not get it to play. When I tap the Play Voicemail button, nothing happens. I tried playing some other saved voicemails, and the result was the same. Anyone know what I might be doing wrong? I'm with Verizon, in case that matters.
