how to install browser for maemo?

now I update maemo to 3.1 and some questions arise.

I can install maemo mapper, but I don’t know how to download and install
browser?

which browser is ofen used in maemo?

how to get it ?

 I can’t display chinese font in the scratchbox environment when I
edit using gedit, but I can input  using  gedit in the ubuntu.

 how to solve ?
