My initial tests have not been able to replicate this problem. I've tried: A page with layout: row 1 columns 1 row 2 columns 3 row 3 columns 1 on the St peter's theme, on another theme in myp school2 test site and on a fresh install of mahara. We shouldn't display the add column and remove columns when they won't do anything.
