Hello, We are running mailman 2.1.5. We have a problem where subscriptions get "lost". The subscribe log shows a new subscription, and the subscriber (or subscribee, if the subscription is done via admin mass subscription) gets a welcome message, but their address does not get added to the list.
Has anyone else seen this problem? We have the web interface on multiple web servers, while the queue runners and cron jobs run a separate server. Thanks for any help you can provide.
