If you mean a default ?From? email address then no. The default 
email address is based on what you have currently selected. You can 
control the default email address by selecting a related message or 
mailbox, e.g., if you select the Inbox of a particular account then the 
default email address is the first address specified for that account.

Yes it's a default from address. But you solution is not easy and it 
would be nice to have a generic default address email...
