In this case it would be:

{ tags = ( { displayName = "personnel"; gmail = "Personnel"; } ); }

If the tag should be mapped to the Gmail label name “Personnel”.

I'll probably add the GUI needed for this next week, so you can also 
wait for that.

Gmail labels are mapped to IMAP keywords and thus implicitly to 
MailMate tags. There is no GUI support yet for setting it up. You'll 
have to edit a file to map individual labels to tags. After that it'll 
be just like using tags, but for Gmail accounts the tags are mapped to 
Gmail labels. Read more about this in the release notes.


Hold down ⌥ when clicking “Check Now” in the Software Update 
preferences pane to get the test release (r3752). Don't expect it to 
work flawlessly and don't forget to send feedback. (It's been added to 
MailMate within the past 24 hours.)
