To clarify my SEND button does not work in either v6043 or v6044. the 
latest version. I just checked and the Attach, Address Lookup, and Reply 
All buttons also do NOT work.

That sounds like a bug, but I'm not able to reproduce it. It indicates 
that MailMate is still displaying the message even though you cannot 
see the preview pane. Could you play around with showing/hiding the 
message preview and see if you can find a pattern to this behavior?


Yeah, I’m not so sure I can figure out a pattern. I just re-checked 
the box so that messages are marked viewed after 0 seconds, and with the 
preview closed, messages are not getting marked as read unless I 
actually open them. IOW, it seems to be working now.
