To add more information to Robert's message. Most of the cloud storage solutions (Dropbox, Google Drive, Box...) let you upload a file and get a link that you can then embed in your email. This way you can send any file size that your cloud storage allows. Also, you can use a service that let you upload a file on their servers from some days or unlimited days (often if you use the paid version) and give you a link to your file that you can send.
