I often use TextMate for this: it doesn't have WYSIWYG for Markdown but syntax highlighting is generally enough for me. [MlMt] Markdown Preview Speed
I’m using markdown all the time and the preview is opened as soon as I write some MD styling tags. So far so good… the problem is, that editing becomes extremely slow and I’m using high-end machines. So, is there any way to speed up MD previewing? Or is there something else getting into the way? -- Robert M.
