Launchbar Actions (which are similar to bundles) have the concept of local preferences that the action can interact with. Gives a good way for local user customization without changing action/bundle code directly. Happy to discuss more details of how all that works in LB if useful. I figured it out! I had to dl the zip (which gets unzipped in my downloads folder), remove -master from the folder name so it changes the extension to mmbundle, and then move that file into the Bundles folder. Thanks! You need the quick-reply.mmbundle file/directory in that folder.
