Hi Benny,
I don't understand to add a gmail key to each tag that you want to map
to a Gmail label.
A plist file is for example:
{ tags = ( { displayName = personnel; } ); }
How does it do to take into account the personal gmail label?

No, although it might be possible to handle a Gmail account differently. It might be possible to synchronize “All Mail” and then unsubscribe Inbox and some other standard mailboxes, and then have them as smart mailboxes instead based on some Gmail-specific label-names like `\Inbox` (which I believe exist). Yes, at least according to their informal documentation: https://developers.google.com/gmail/imap_extensions#access_to_gmail_labels_x-gm-labels IMO unsubscribe the folder INBOX is not the solution.
