I think this is one of those idiosyncrasies with headers in list views
that Benny speaks of on the list.
The combo-inbox is set to show a submailbox for each account. Inbox
itself shows correct columns, the default set; however, submailboxes do
not inherit that and have different columns, although the header config
popup shows that the default set is selected.
Anyone knows a trick to force default columns there?
