Thank you for your reply and apologies for my late response.

Jeremy from Orange replied (to my original post) off-list and the
problem is now sorted.

2024-04-17 Thread Mark Dale via mailop
Hi,

Is anyone here from Orange.fr?

We are getting NDRs from orange.fr/wanadoo.fr.

Emails sent to the Orange postmaster and abuse addresses send back an
auto-reply directing me to their form page at

https://formulaires.services.orange.fr/9680

And there's no reply at all from the form page.

Thanks,
Mark.

Bonjour,

https://formulaires.services.orange.fr/9680

Et il n'y a pas de réponse du tout sur la page du formulaire.

Je vous remercie,

http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors
.

Although some of the blocked IPs were new, most of them were in use by the same
customers for years without issues. Part of them didn't had a single spam
report or spam trap hit in the last 3-6 months.

After making sure that these servers weren't compromised, I opened tickets at
https://olcsupport.office.com/ and, after escalation,
the response was that the IPs didn't qualify for mitigation at this time or that there were
"changes in email sending volume" ( there weren't, the volume hasn't changed since we
have limits for each IP/customer to avoid these issues )

Today I noticed that the data on Apr 06 in missing in SNDS. All other dates are
showing up, just Apr 06 is missing.

I was wondering if anyone else experienced similar issues on Apr 06 with
missing data on SNDS or a high number of IPs getting blocked?

Thanks.

For what it's worth, T-Online were blocking mail from one of our
discussion-list servers yesterday; but an email ( with log extracts,
explaining the who and what of things) from our postmaster to theirs
requesting the block be lifted was responded to very quickly and
politely - and the block lifted a few hours later.

In short: a stellar response from T-Online.

Re: [mailop] Contact for BigPond (in Australia)

2019-01-14 Thread Mark Dale via mailop

Hi All,

Just a follow up on the issue with BigPond in case anyone else is having
the same problem.

After happily accepting mail from our list server in Sydney for some
years, BigPond suddenly started rejecting all list emails as spam.

BigPond (Telstra) outsource their mail filtering. Nathan from Telstra
responded to my post to this list and requested:

- Sending server (IP or domain)
- Date of rejection
- Sample subject
- Sample (in eml format) of the email rejected if possible.

He got in touch with the vendor and resolved the issue pretty quickly.
Apparently the vendor's "spam rules" were seeing every single message as
spam. A mystery - but things are back on track thanks to Nathan, so
all's well that ends well.

Cheers
Mark

Is there a contact for Telstra/BigPond on this list? Or does anyone have
a contact?

We're seeing a total block of all list mails as "spam" by BigPond (and
only by BigPond).

Thanks
Mark
