[mailop] Domain related AT block issue

2024-03-16 Thread Udeme via mailop
Hi folks,

Please could someone from AT reach out to me off-list? A couple of
customers are experiencing issues with a domain being blocked.

We’ve tried the normal, public channels with minimal luck.

Thanks in advance!

Re: [mailop] Spamhaus contact?

2024-01-15 Thread Udeme via mailop
The listing’s details explain the problem. I’d start with researching the
details there.

As for a timeline, I’d shift the “concerns” towards fixing what caused the
listing. That being said, I can’t speak for Spamhaus. Good luck.

Mark: looks like as of seconds ago the SBL’s been resolved & removed from
the SBL?

Re: [mailop] BIMI boycott? Lookup tool, why we publish BIMI anyway, and intellectual property law considerations

2024-01-11 Thread Udeme via mailop
There’s a trademark ownership vetting item that’s part of BIMI
implementation. Not just *anyone* can get past that. #wink

I +1 as well. I’ve used a few services over the years, and it helps a lot.

Re: [mailop] comcast contact

2023-11-24 Thread Udeme via mailop
I’d take a look at postmaster.comcast.net (redirects to the link below) as
a starting point:

https://spa.xfinity.com/postmaster?faq=avoid-blocks-ipv4

PS:
* you explain with some detail what the issue is (after checking out what I
shared above), folks may be able to chip in.
* yesterday was a federal holiday in the US (Thanksgiving), and today’s an
online shopping ‘frenzy’ day aka Black Friday”.

Good luck.
