Hi,

You can try QGIS and the TextDelimitater Plugin using CSV file instead of 
XLS's. Just split your latLong colunm into two differents columns.

Hello to everyone.


i would like to ask if someone knows how can i
create a shape file with points from an xls .file.
In .xls file i have written the coordinates of every point of interest
in the form +39,2158 +22,5618 (latitude and longitude in diffirent columns).
I also have written some other information for every point in different 
column.
