Dear list I need some precision about the usage of the "wfs_encoding" parameter.
I have tried to set it at a layer level (LAYER > METADATA > "wfs_encoding" "someencoding"), but Mapserver simply ignored it. It only work if I set it at the MAP level (MAP > WEB > METADATA > "wfs_encoding" "someencoding") is this normal?
