Re: litl arrival - GNOME slideshow
At the Boston Summit we discussed recording I love GNOME segments, perhaps in people's native languages. The Mozilla video at the bottom of this page has something similar: http://www.mozilla.org/foundation/annualreport/2009/a-competitive-world.html Stormy -- marketing-list mailing list marketing-list@gnome.org http://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/marketing-list
Re: litl arrival - GNOME slideshow
Hi Christer, Great! Let me know if you need any help with settings up the device. I think it would be nice if we setup some content on it before using it on booths. Cheers! --lucasr 2010/11/20 Christer Edwards christer.edwa...@gmail.com: I'm happy to report that the donated [1] litl has arrived at my place and it is pretty slick! I think these will be really nice to have in the event boxes (and nice publicity for litl, of course.) I'd like to revisit the request I made about a month ago regarding a GNOME features slideshow. If the marketing gurus could come up with some graphics that we could display in the litl slideshow card I think it'd really help demonstrate what GNOME is about. I attached an example of what the KDE team was using in my initial email. I'm sure it's in the archives (too busy/lazy to dig up the link currently). In any case, the N. American event box now has a litl to add to its collection and I definitely think it's going to draw some attention.
