Belmont MA had a dumpster fire

Belmont Mass had a dumpster fire - Belmont units used their Channel 1 482.775 R

Arlington Engine 2 was sent to cover Belmont Center fire station -
Arlington Eng 2 talked to the Belmont dispatcher on 453.2375 R - which
is the Belmont 2ndary channel

Cambridge Ladder 1 was also sent to cover Belmont Center station -
they were told to use "Belmont Channel 2" by the Cambridge dispatcher
- I never heard Cambridge Ladder 1 on 453.2375 R

Apparently all cover assignments are now handled without lights and
sirens. This is new in the last year or two AFAIK,
